At Georg Jensen Damask, we pride ourselves on centuries of craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your home textiles do not meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely folded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
